JHIP 2011 2014 consultation

Fife Council

Purpose of consultation

Fife Health and Wellbeing Alliance is now developing its strategy (Joint Health Improvement Plan -JHIP) for the next three years to improve health and wellbeing and reduce health inequalities in Fife.

Initial engagement with key stakeholders has identified that the next JHIP should have fewer lead partners and fewer focus areas. This will help FHWA to create stronger, ongoing links with specific partnerships/groups around fewer outcomes where we can really make a difference.

The first stage of developing the next JHIP is to prioritise the themes which should underpin the JHIP to ensure we make a sustainable difference to health and wellbeing outcomes for people living in Fife over the longer term and to better understand what role your partnership /group would play in this.

There will be further consultation on content later in the year.
