Purpose of consultation
The consultation will Investigate rights of ways in Kinghorn. Members of the public are encouraged to download the attached questionnaires, showing several routes on each form, covering all of Kinghorn, to give feedback and information on their usage.
Once complete, this consultation will formally identify which routes meet the criteria for a Right of Way.
