Purpose of consultation
The purpose of this survey is to obtain feedback from customers on Benefits and Council Tax web pages.
We would like you to tell us about your experience of the Benefits and Council Tax web pages on Fife Direct. We will be looking at the results and using them to make improvements to our web pages.
If you provide your email address at the end of this form you will be entered into a prize draw to win either a Sanyo 12 MP digital camera, round of golf for two or four free swim passes.
