This is the second statutory consultation on the Review of the Scheme.  Proposed amendments, included in response to the initial consultation are highlighted in bold italic text throughout the document.  Four Community Councils have requested amendments to their boundaries, and a request to a Sub-divide Cardenden and Kinglassie Community Council to form two separate Community Councils, has been received and maps showing these proposals are attached.
